Man I love that song. No time to write today, but I want to slap down the following:
- Last night was a much lighter crowd than usual. I blame it on the Harvest Moon turning everyone into werewolves. The bar I spin at does not serve werewolves, so that explains that.
- Also last night, Rudy had a stellar set. Mine was sub-par. I played a lot of new stuff people didn’t know and that’s always risky. Also, I am saving all the “hits” for Friday at InnJoy.
- The Daily Show’s viewers are more educated than the viewers of the O’Reilly Factor. Duh.
- When Hostess Cupcakes are not available for an early morning sugar fix, Dolly Madison Zingers will do. It’s a poor substitute, but it will do. Wasn’t Charlie Brown the Zingers spokesperson at one time?
- Guided By Voices will be on Late Night With Conan O’Brien in December. You heard it here first. Speaking of Conan, why do we have to wait five years for him to replace than suckmeister Jay Leno? Grrr…
That’s it, off to work. Must participate in corporate lifestyle and create goods and services that will serve both my needs and the needs of the consumer!
