While I feel badly about the abuse that was heaped on, and then freaked out, Kathy Sierra, I have to say that the whole idea of a blogger code of conduct sort of goes against everything that's good about the 'net and blogging and all that.Wait, let me modify that last sentence. It doesn't "sort of" go against all that, it COMPLETELY goes against all that.
I mean, c'mon.
In happier news, I see freedom of speech has at least won one recent court battle.
